Upcoming JB Mall

Capital 21 mall with indoor theme park targets August opening

Capital City is 20 minutes from JB CIQ

 

Visited the place today on Christmas! Very disappointed with the mall.

1. The place (level 4 - MCM Studio theme park) is terribly warm at 10am. Have no idea what time they intend to turn on the aircon!

2. Cant find a diaper changing room (and hot water dispenser) for my baby.

3. Dusty environment
